As we press into Him, our travail becomes the power to break through every obstacle, every hindrance, and every force that opposes Him. 1 Peter 4:13 says that we should rejoice that we participate in the sufferings of Christ so that we may be overjoyed when His glory is revealed. Travail is a form of suffering, and if we choose to identify with Jesus in our travail, it can have the power to release us into a greater dimension of His glory that triumphs over every situation.
